A negative review can damage the reputation of a business and this has created a new industry of reputation management where companies attempt to remove or hide bad reviews so that more favourable content is found when potential customers do research.
An expert review usually refers to a review written by someone who has tested several peer products or services to identify which offers the best value for money or the best set of features. An example of this is Amazon Vine. Amazon Vine is a program which was introduced to “help their fellow customers make informed purchase decisions”.[3] This program is invite-only and is designed to generate reviews for product vendors with whom Amazon works.
One type of user review can be in the physical world, such as a video reviewing a product or software. This is common on platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo.
A bought review is the system where the creator (usually a company) of a new product pays a reviewer to review their new product.

There’s kind of an unwritten rule with people who are dog people. And if they’re not (dog people) they don’t understand how dog people really feel about their dogs…..This is my 5th Lab and I was a little hesitant about buying from the internet as I always have met the parents (dog parents) and breeders in person prior to getting my new best buddy. I have to say the process of working with Puppy Breeders was very smooth and the whole transition was smooth and orderly. I had a small issue with the pup when I first received him . And the customer service team from Puppy Breeders was GREAT! if you’re in the market for a new furry friend I recommend Puppy Breeders!!

Our family’s experience with Puppy Breeders was excellent. The photos and videos of our new puppy (Luna) were high quality and communication with Puppy Breeders was fantastic. We felt comfortable every step of the way and had easy access to Puppy Breeders reps with any questions at all. Paying for our puppy was easy and felt very safe given Puppy Breeders payment guarantees and puppy health warranties. We did in-person pick up from the breeder, which was really easy and enjoyable. Everyone was very kind and supportive and we could tell our puppy had been socialized and well cared for. Our puppy’s complete medical records were organized and available with pick-up. Overall I can’t say enough good things about Puppy Breeders. Yes the price point was high, but in the long run the cost felt worth it for the high quality process, amenities, and peace of mind.

This is our second purchase from Puppy Breeders (3 years apart). Both dogs are absolutely perfect! They’re beautiful, healthy and well behaved. I highly recommend the transport service. Our first puppy, a standard Poodle, flew across the country and it was pretty traumatic for her. They have since changed their service and drove our second puppy and it was so much less stressful for everyone! Great service from first call to delivery. We soooo love our babies!

Puppy Breeders was excellent! I would highly recommend them. They answered all of my questions about my new Puppy, and took care of the travel details. Navi arrived safely flying half way across the country. The staff were very helpful and courteous over the phone and even told me what the brand of puppy food was that he arrived with! Puppy Breeders exceeded my expectations!
